Our company has the right to cancel or modify terms of transaction. The new terms will be valid from their posting on our website and any transaction that will take place from their posting and henceforth will be considered to be unconditionally accepted by the traders. The company does not bear any responsibility for any positive or negative damage that may arise from the lack of usability of the website as well as from any delays, interruptions or defects of the website or for the transmission of third party information through the internet. The company is not responsible for any technical or typographical errors in product prices. In case a product appears with a very low or high price without a special indication that justifies it, contact us before ordering it.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for your order can be made in the following ways:
1. Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order in cash upon delivery by the partner courier company, at your place by cash on delivery. The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.
2. Credit / debit card
Pay for your order by using your credit or debit card through the secure transaction environment of Piraeus Bank. Using your credit card in our online store is completely safe. Once you have completed all the information required to register the order, you will be automatically transferred to the secure site of Piraeus Bank where you will be able to fill in your credit card details directly. To pay by credit card, you must fill in the relevant holder name, number and expiration date of your credit card, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card.

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Piraeus Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
3. Bank deposit
Pay for your order by bank deposit in our bank accounts. The procedure for depositing in the company’s bank account is as follows:

• When completing your order, you choose “Bank Deposit” as your payment method
• Deposit the amount of money in one of the following accounts of the company
• Use your Name or your order code as the reason for filing

You can pay by cash or credit / debit card and pick up your order from our store (81 Leonidou, Sparti, PC 231 00). In this case you will be informed via email or phone by the sales department as soon as your order is ready to receive.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping by courier
Shipments are made with the cooperating courier company throughout Greece.
The shipping cost for orders up to 3 kg is 4.00 euros.
* For bulky and heavy products, the cost and the way of shipping are made after consultation.
Free shipping
For purchases over € 100, shipping is free for all of Greece.
* For free shipping bulky and heavy products are excluded.
Collection from the store
You can pick up your order from our store (81 Leonidou, Sparti, PC 231 00). In this case you will be informed via email or phone by the sales department as soon as your order is ready to receive.
RETURN POLICY
Order Return / Withdrawal
If for any reason you change your mind about a product you received, you can return it 14 calendar days from the date of purchase at your own expense, as long as the product and its original packaging are intact. To proceed with the return process, you must contact us at info@nyfigamos.gr or by phone at 27310 81157 and then after consultation proceed to send to the address Leonidou 81, Sparta, PC. 231 00. Our online store will refund the money you paid for the purchase of the product including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day we were notified of the withdrawal.
DEFECTIVE product
We do our best for the products to reach you in excellent condition. If you nevertheless receive a defective product, it has been damaged during transport or it is not what you ordered, please, contact us at info@nyfigamos.gr or by phone at 27310 81157 and then after consultation to send to address Leonidou 81, Sparta, PC 231 00, and we will bear the return costs (excluding cash on delivery cost) and will refund your money within 14 calendar days from the day we were notified of the product change / replacement, to your credit card or bank account of your choice, depending on how the product is paid for. Alternatively, if you wish, we will send you a credit code of the same value as the returned product, which you can redeem at your next purchase.
